North East Entrepreneurship Development Program (NEEDP) Bootcamp Execution

North East Entrepreneurship Development Program (NEEDP) is a flagship entrepreneurship development program of IIMCIP and the North East Council (NEC). 270 early-stage entrepreneurs selected from across NE will be helped to launch and scale their businesses within 6 months. An integral part of the program is the capacity-building bootcamps. The program will have multiple bootcamps in Guwahati over the next 6 – 8 months. We are looking for vendors who can support us in the execution of these bootcamps. The scope of the event is as under:

 

  1. An auditorium or hall in a hotel that can seat about:
    1. 300 people for 2 days.
    2. 600 people for 1 day
    3. 100 people for 18 days.
  2. Chairs & round tables with covers.
  3. Sofa for dignitaries.
  4. Registration desk with chairs at the entrance.
  5. AV system: Projector, Soundsystem with mics and LED TVs for presentation projection across the hall.
  6. White boards with markers.
  8. Tea with light snacks – 2 times.
  9. Lunch: With an 80:20 Veg & Non – veg combination.
  10. Chocolate/munchies.
  11. Water bottles.
  12. Registration cards.
  13. Pens and writing pads.
  14. Photographer & Videographer.
  15. Prompters for events management.
  16. Water Dispensers with cups.
