Project Executives

IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP) invites applications for the position of Project Executives. IIMCIP, a not-for-profit (section 8) company, aims at promoting entrepreneurship and innovation through creation of a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem and helps innovative ideas transform into successful business ventures. Social Entrepreneurship is a focus area for IIMCIP and the incubation support offered to startups include workspace, mentorship and funding and market connect.

The position of Project Executiveinvolves Mobilizing, Coordinating & Monitoring of Enterprises at the last mile including Outreach, Sourcing and community Mobilization.

Requisite & Desirable Skills & Capabilities:

• At least 2 years of professional work experience in business development, client servicing, entrepreneurship development, livelihood programme
• Strong grass root network building skills, excellent communication skills in local language and English.
• Liaison with government and service provider agencies
• Willingness to travel to target cluster locations.
• Previous experience in the nonfarm sector is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience of working with MIS will be an added advantage

Qualification and Experience:Masters degree in Entrepreneurship / Management / Engineering / Economics / Development.

Compensation: Will be commensurate with the qualification and experience of the candidate.

 Location: Bihar, West Bengal and Assam

 Tenure: It is a contractual position for an initial period of two years and renewable thereafter subject to performance and organization’s requirement.
