ROLE SUMMARY:

The Accounts and Admin Associate responsibilities will include maintaining and completing files and records as needed, assisting with accounts payable and receivable duties, and providing general administrative support to the management team and accounting department personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
  • Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
  • Responding appropriately to the vendor, client, and internal requests.
  • Assist in the execution of various in-house & external events.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Possess time management skills
  • Experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Exceland Tally – ERP 9.0

 KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc

 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

EXPERIENCE:

  • Total years of work experience: Min 2 years
  • Minimum years of relevant experience: 2 years
  • *Minimum years of work experience after essential qualification:2 years
