In this edition we are glad to share with you valuable inputs provided by renowned entrepreneur and mentor Mr Pradeep Gupta, CMD, CyberMedia and Best Mentor 2016 awardee by the Government of India, on how to make a startup fundable.. The edition also focuses on the achievements of SmithCucina, a clean and green, smoke free cooking product manufacturer who are providing an alternative to household cooking gas and traditional methods of cooking.

Ms Manisha Saraf, draws her experience while working as a plant manager which lead to the inception of her startup organization, TruckHall, that is solving the major problem in logistics space by providing a platform which brings the key entities (like vehicle suppliers, customers and brokers ) on a single platform and reduces the inefficiencies that arises due to lack of coordination. In another highly interesting article, Mr Prantik Sinha, founder Agastya Buoyant Pvt Ltd speaks about his innovative range of products like Trash Boom and underwater lift bags which are used to control the floating solid waste & for salvaging operation of sunken objects in river and sea.

Finally this issue brings you updates on the recently conducted initiatives  like the Social Entrepreneurship Awareness Event held at Rotary Sadan, Kolkata and a workshop on Managing Innovation in Small Businesses organized at IIM Calcutta in June’2017. Read on to know about upcoming events and activities.
