It has disrupted supply chains, demolished demand in short term, evaporated jobs, especially blue collared jobs, decimated balance sheets and fundamentally changed how employees work and interact.

DeHaat:

Dehaat is an agri-tech startup offering value added services to farmers in rural India covering the entire value chain from input, output, to advisory, all at the farm gate – leveraging technology and innovation. They are working to expand the value proposition by including insurance, warehousing and farmer credit facilities.

Greenwear:

Greenwear is a state-of-the art technology, environment friendly, pollution free Gen X Startup with the mission to promote responsible fashion. Greenwear, empowers rural women and weavers by creating market access for khadi fabric and apparel.

WE

Entrepreneurship development among women is important for the achievement of broader development objectives such as growth with equity. ‘WE’ is a Social Impact accelerator program for Women Entrepreneurs aiming to build a supportive biosphere. This program is being run at the IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, in partnership with Pernod Ricard India Foundation.

Mizoram Kailawn

In September, 2019, IIMCIP conducted the 3rd chapter of Mizoram Kailawn, the official B-Plan Competition and ESummit for the State of Mizoram, in partnership with MEDMOC, Govt. of Mizoram. Assam Startup – The Nest

The first cohort of Assam Startup – The Nest, the state incubator run by IIMCIP and supported by the Government of Assam, completed its tenure early this year. During the incubation programme of 6 months, a large number of startups received market linkages while some are being evaluated by investors across the country for investments.
