150 women-led rural enterprises selected for the NRETP Incubator Program in West Bengal were awarded financial assistance during the Promotion of Rural Enterprises Reward Ceremony
The 150 women-led rural enterprises selected for the NRETP Incubator Program in West Bengal were awarded financial assistance during the Promotion of Rural Enterprises Reward Ceremony, organized by the West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission, in association with IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre in Kolkata on December 13, 2022.
Of the 150 enterprises, 18 emerging enterprises were awarded grants, while 132 were rewarded soft loans.
The Ceremony was graced by Shri Pradip Kumar Majumder, Hon’ble Minister-in-Charge, Panchayats & Rural Development and Shri Becharam Manna, Hon’ble Minister of State, in the company of Dr. P. Ulaganathan, IAS, Secretary of the Panchayat, Shri Vibhu Goyal, CEO, WBSRLM and Dr. Subhranghsu Sanyal, CEO, IIM Calcutta Innovation Park.
The event was followed by a 2-day business training program for the enterprises on December 14 & 15, 2022 at Seva Kendra Kolkata.
