Tanusree joined the New Initiatives and Communications Team as Program Manager in February 2020. Her interest in working on social challenges that the community is facing and how to resolve them with innovative solutions and ideas attracted her to the organization. She overlooks outreach programs like the annual Tata Social Entrepreneurship Challenge.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Operation Management. She had been associated with the healthcare industry for 7 years, after which she worked with a startup for 4 years, an investor firm, and then her own food start-up. Passionate about innovation, she has a keen eye for detail. Her empathy and analytical mind also allow her to deliver efficiently to clients.
