Jefferson joined IIMCIP in Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development at PRIME Meghalaya in March 2022. He ensures flawless operations of the Incubation activities, documenting, tracking and following up on all Incubatee related programs and help organize capacity building programs for the Cohort.
