Identifying the need to develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the state, IIM Calcutta Innovation Park has been engaging with the various stakeholders in West Bengal, ever since it was incorporated. From becoming the knowledge partner to the West Bengal MSME Department to designing, planning and implementing large scale programs to spread awareness, encourage the youth, train government officials with an intent to bring about a change in mindset, in running a full-fledged incubation program, IIMCIP has catalyzed the entrepreneurial mindset in recent times. Over the years with over 76 incubatees, across geographies and a much larger support system of employees, mentors, industry experts, investors, and a network of ecosystem players, IIMCIP has brought positive impact in the state through its various initiatives, activities and programs both at the state and national level.
