Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel plans.
  • Handle emails, calls and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines and project progress.
  • Assist in event coordination, logistics and office administration.
  • Undertake personal tasks as required (banking, errands, bookings).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.
  • Strong communication, drafting and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email management and scheduling tools.
  • High level of confidentiality, organisation and time management.
  • Knowledge of local language and proficiency in English.
